We do request that you give us two business days notice if you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment. This is generally the minimum amount of time that is necessary for us to reschedule another patient into your original appointment time slot.

Please understand that we do not “double book” our technicians because of the highly individual attention required by the nature of the work. In the event that we do not receive a two day cancellation notice and if we are unable to fill your originally scheduled appointment time, a failed appointment fee will be assessed that can be anywhere from $35 to $75 depending on the amount of appointment time lost to us.
